Terms of Service

Realmatize™ ("the Service") is operated by Alpha Entropy Labs LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
1. What the Service does
Realmatize™ uses AI image generation and live web search to turn a photo of your space and a written request into a redesigned image and a shopping list of real products. Results are generated automatically and are provided as-is, for inspiration: images are AI renderings, not exact depictions of products; product availability, prices, dimensions and links come from third-party retailers and may be inaccurate or out of date — always verify on the retailer's site before buying. We are not the seller of any product shown.
2. Early access
The Service is currently offered as an early-access release. We work to keep everything dependable, but during this period some features may not perform as intended, may change materially, or may be modified, suspended or discontinued without notice as the Service evolves. Where a paid feature becomes unavailable, our refund policy applies. Feedback during early access is welcome at support@realmatize.com.
3. Affiliate disclosure
Product links in design plans may be affiliate links. We may earn a commission from qualifying purchases made through them, at no extra cost to you — including, where applicable, as an Amazon Associate earning from qualifying purchases. Commissions do not determine which products the AI matcher selects; matching is driven by visual and textual similarity to your design. The full list of programs is in our Affiliate Disclosure.
4. Accounts
You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. We may require email verification, and we offer optional two-factor authentication. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live) to use the Service.
5. Subscriptions, credits and add-ons
Free accounts can run the built-in sample demos and view saved projects. Generating design plans for your own photos requires a paid subscription, billed monthly through Stripe. Each tier includes a monthly allowance of credits: generating or refining a design consumes credits (how many depends on the output options chosen), and each tier caps how many projects you can save. Unused monthly credits do not roll over. Failed generations never consume credits.
Active subscribers can also buy one-time credit top-ups and a recurring extra-projects add-on. Top-up credits are added to the current billing month and expire at the end of it — buy them when you plan to use them. You can change or cancel your plan or add-ons at any time from the account panel; see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos you upload and the text you write. You grant us the limited license needed to operate the Service: to process your inputs through our AI and search providers, to store what you choose to save, and to display it back to you. Saved plans are private to your account. You are responsible for having the right to upload the photos you submit. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to create or process unlawful, infringing, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise abusive content; don't probe, overload, scrape or resell the Service; don't attempt to circumvent quotas, rate limits or safety filters. Inputs are screened automatically and violating requests are refused.
8. AI outputs
Subject to our providers' terms, we assign to you our rights (if any) in the generated images tied to your account. AI outputs can be inaccurate or unsuitable; you are responsible for how you use them. Nothing in the Service is professional (architectural, structural, electrical or safety) advice.
9. Disclaimers and liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR THE ACTS, PRODUCTS OR PRICES OF THIRD-PARTY RETAILERS.
10. Changes and termination
We may update the Service and these terms at any time. The current terms are always available at this page; continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance. You may delete your account at any time from the account panel, which removes your projects, saved plans and billing profile. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
