Terms of Service

Realmatize™ ("the Service") is operated by Alpha Entropy Labs LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
1. What the Service does
Realmatize™ uses AI image generation and live web search to turn a photo of your space and a written request into a redesigned image and a shopping list of real products. Results are generated automatically and are provided as-is, for inspiration: images are AI renderings, not exact depictions of products; product availability, prices, dimensions and links come from third-party retailers and may be inaccurate or out of date — always verify on the retailer's site before buying. We are not the seller of any product shown.
2. Early access
The Service is currently offered as an early-access release. We work to keep everything dependable, but during this period some features may not perform as intended, may change materially, or may be modified, suspended or discontinued without notice as the Service evolves. Where a paid feature becomes unavailable, our refund policy applies. Feedback during early access is welcome at support@realmatize.com.
3. Affiliate disclosure
Product links in designs may be affiliate links. We may earn a commission from qualifying purchases made through them, at no extra cost to you — including, where applicable, as an Amazon Associate earning from qualifying purchases. Commissions do not determine which products the AI matcher selects; matching is driven by visual and textual similarity to your design. The full list of programs is in our Affiliate Disclosure.
4. Accounts
You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. We may require email verification, and we offer optional two-factor authentication. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live) to use the Service.
5. Purchases, subscriptions and credits
Free accounts can run the built-in sample rooms and view saved projects. Designing your own photos requires a purchase, made through Stripe. By purchasing — a one-time purchase or a subscription — you agree to these terms and to the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Two kinds of purchase are offered:
- One-time purchases (for example "Design one space"): a fixed number of credits with no subscription and no renewal. These credits are valid for the period stated at purchase (currently 90 days) and expire afterwards.
- Subscriptions: billed monthly. Each tier includes a monthly allowance of credits and caps how many projects you can save. Unused monthly credits do not roll over. Anyone, subscribed or not, can buy additional designs one at a time (a one-time purchase, valid for the period stated at purchase — currently 90 days — and used after the month's allowance), and subscribers can add a recurring extra-projects add-on.
Generating or refining a design consumes credits (how many depends on the output options chosen, shown before you run). Failed generations never consume credits. You can change or cancel a plan or add-on at any time from the account panel.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos you upload and the text you write. You grant us the limited license needed to operate the Service: to process your inputs through our AI and search providers, to store what you choose to save, and to display it back to you. Saved plans are private to your account. You are responsible for having the right to upload the photos you submit. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to create or process unlawful, infringing, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise abusive content; don't probe, overload, scrape or resell the Service; don't attempt to circumvent quotas, rate limits or safety filters. Inputs are screened automatically and violating requests are refused.
8. AI outputs
Subject to our providers' terms, we assign to you our rights (if any) in the generated images tied to your account. This assignment extends only as far as the rights we are able to grant under our AI providers' then-current terms; where a provider's terms restrict commercial use or redistribution of outputs, that restriction carries through to you. AI outputs can be inaccurate or unsuitable; you are responsible for how you use them. Nothing in the Service is professional (architectural, structural, electrical or safety) advice.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Alpha Entropy Labs LLC and its officers, employees and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Service in violation of these terms; (b) content you upload, including any claim that it infringes, misappropriates or violates a third party's intellectual property, privacy or other rights; or (c) your violation of any applicable law. We may assume the exclusive defense of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate with that defense.
10. Disclaimers and liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR THE ACTS, PRODUCTS OR PRICES OF THIRD-PARTY RETAILERS.
11. Governing law; dispute resolution
These terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service, are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Northampton County, Pennsylvania, and you and we each consent to personal jurisdiction there.
12. General provisions
Severability. If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect, and the unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
Entire agreement. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Affiliate Disclosure and Copyright & DMCA policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements or representations about the Service.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
Assignment. You may not assign these terms without our written consent; we may assign them without your consent in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of substantially all of our assets.
Notices. We may provide notices to you via the email address associated with your account or by posting on the Service.
13. Changes and termination
We may update the Service and these terms at any time. The current terms are always available at this page; continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance. You may delete your account at any time from the account panel, which removes your projects, saved plans and billing profile. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
