Copyright & DMCA
Effective: July 30, 2026
Realmatize™ ("the Service") is operated by Alpha Entropy Labs LLC ("we", "us"). We respect copyright and respond to properly submitted notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512.
1. How the Service uses imagery
Understanding this may resolve a concern before you need to file anything:
- Design images are generated. A redesigned room is produced by an AI image model from the photo a user uploaded. It is not a copy of a photograph from any retailer or other site.
- Product pictures are our own renders. The picture shown for each shopping-list item is a cutout of the image we generated, at that item's position in the room — labeled "as visualized" in the app. We do not publish, store or redistribute retailers' product photography.
- We link, we don't republish. Product links point to the retailer's own listing — we show the listing's title and price alongside our own rendering, never the retailer's imagery.
- User uploads. Users supply the room photos, and may supply photos of items they own. Users are responsible for having the rights to what they upload, and that content is private to their account — the Service offers no public sharing of saved plans.
2. Sending a takedown notice
If you believe material on the Service infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to act for, send a written notice to our designated agent. To be effective under § 512(c)(3), it must include substantially all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you say is infringed (or, for multiple works at one site, a representative list).
- Identification of the material you say is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it — saved plans are private to their accounts, so describe where you encountered the material and anything that helps us find it (a URL if one exists, the account email if known, dates, or a copy of what you saw).
- Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and — under penalty of perjury — that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
3. Designated agent
Copyright Agent, Alpha Entropy Labs LLC
Email: admin@realmatize.com
Postal address: P.O. Box 181, Stockertown, PA 18083, USA
Notices sent to any other address may be delayed. Please use the email above for the fastest response.
4. What we do when we receive a notice
We act expeditiously on notices that meet the requirements above. Depending on what the notice identifies, that means one or both of: removing the stored imagery from the affected design plan, or deleting the plan entirely. We keep a record of every notice and every action taken.
We notify the affected account holder of the removal and pass on the notice (which may include your details) so they can respond or submit a counter-notification.
5. Counter-notification
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to the agent above, including: your signature; identification of the removed material and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address and telephone number; and your consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. District Court for the district of your address (or, if outside the United States, any district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the complainant.
If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material after 10–14 business days unless the complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action.
6. Repeat infringers
We maintain a record of takedowns per account and will terminate accounts that are the subject of repeated valid notices. Termination deletes the account's design plans and saved imagery.
7. Misrepresentation
Under § 512(f), a person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing — or that it was removed by mistake — may be liable for damages, including costs and legal fees.
8. Other rights
For trademark concerns, or a right-of-publicity or privacy concern about a photograph, write to support@realmatize.com and describe the issue; this page's process is specific to copyright.
